Launch Skype and log into your account using your screenname and password.

Click the "Tools" menu and click "Options" to launch the Skype options window.

Click the "Calls" button on the left panel and click "Call Settings." Click the "Show Advanced Options" button to launch the advanced calling setup.

Place a check on the "Answer incoming calls automatically" check-box and click "Save" to save the changes. Skype will answer incoming calls automatically.
