How to Cure Your Back Pain With the Fit For Life Diet
Harvey Diamond created the Fit For Life diet in the 1980s, and it became extremely fashionable. While the diet is less popular nowadays, taking a backseat to low-carb versions, it does promise to relieve pain, particularly the pain from fibromyalgia, arthritis, lupus and other forms of pain. Diamond believes that pain is a warning sign from the body, alerting the mind that it is dealing with too many toxins. Diamond believes that once a healthier lifestyle is adopted, according to the Fit For Life plan, the warnings from the body, in the form of pain, will cease, including back pain.
