  • ½ cup high-proof vodka
  • 4 tbsp. witch hazel
  • 10 drops lavender essential oil
  • 10 drops lemon essential oil

      Combine the vodka and witch hazel in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.
