How to Download Ringtones Using a USB Cable
Many cell phones can connect to a computer. Although some phones can connect using Bluetooth technology, many cell phones still require the use of a USB cable in order to connect to a PC. However, once the connection between the phone and the computer is made, you can transfer files from the computer, such as ring tones, directly to the phone so they can be played on the cellular device.
