Things You'll Need
- 2 tbsp. castor oil
- 3 drops raspberry essential oil
- 3 drops apple essential oil

Put the castor oil in a small glass container with a tight-fitting lid.

Add the raspberry and apple essential oils and stir with a wooden toothpick or small glass stirrer.

To use, dab on the pulse points on the wrists, behind the ears, on the neck and behind the knees with a cotton ball or pad.
