How to Create a Relational File in Filemaker Pro

When you are working with multiple Filemaker Pro databases that contain related information, you can create relational files to connect the different sets of data. By implementing a relational file, you will be able to cross-reference both sets of data when performing sorts, searches or other Filemaker Pro functions. In order to create a relational file on a remote Filemaker Pro server, all related databases must be hosted on the same server.
