How to Close Down a Whole House Humidifier During Summer Months
A whole house humidifier, or central humidifier, puts moisture into the heating system so that it comes through a home's heating vents. A whole house humidifier provides an adjustable, comfortable level of humidity during dry winter months. With the high relative humidity during summer months, it is not necessary to inject extra humidity into a home. A whole house humidifier should be cleaned and closed down for the summer. Annual maintenance will ensure smooth operation when the seasons change. Does this Spark an idea?
