How to Make an Apple Ginger Cocktail

Apple ginger cocktails are simple, easy to make cocktails that are unique and delicious. Perfect for Thanksgiving and Holiday parties, this warming, sweet drink is easy to make for a large group. You can make pitchers of apple ginger cocktails up to three hours before serving and place in the refrigerator to chill.

  • 2 cups canned apple pie filling
  • 1 cup French vanilla ice cream
  • 2/3 cup cold unfiltered apple juice
  • 1/8 cup cold fresh ginger juice
  • 4 oz. vodka
  • Red or green apple slices (for garnish)

      Combine canned apple pie filling, French vanilla ice cream, unfiltered apple juice and fresh ginger juice in a blender.

      Cover and blend for 30 seconds on high speed.

      Add the vodka to the blender and pulse to thoroughly combine.

      Pour the final drinks into cocktail glasses and garnish with a slice of red or green apple

Tips & Warnings

  • To make an alcohol-free version of this cocktail, simply add a little more ginger or apple juice instead of vodka.
