How to Create Name Badges for Reunions
Your children may know Grandpa, but what about Great Great Aunt Erma? As unnecessary as name badges at your family reunion may seem, you really do need them. Prepare badges ahead of time by getting your children to join you in an afternoon art project. You can print the badges on your printer and get the children to decorate them with stickers. Or, you can ask the older children to write names. Either will add charm to an otherwise ordinary badge.
Things You'll Need

1
Purchase a set of blank, self-adhesive name badges. You can find badge packs at office supply stores or you can purchase them from online office supply vendors.
-
2
Write names of family members on the badges using permanent markers or paint pens. Ask your older children to print the names for added charm. Write the names in large print so that others can read them easily.

Decorate the badges with stickers. Think about the theme of your family reunion. If it is at the beach, then use stickers of sunglasses or beach umbrellas. If it is a 10-year reunion, then press stickers of the numbers one and zero on the badge. Be creative.

Take extra blank badges, permanent markers and stickers to the reunion. If someone shows up that did not RSVP, or a family member brings a guest, then there will be enough badges to identify and include everyone.
