How to Make Fennel and Rose Facial Cleanser

- ½ cup apricot kernel oil
- 2 tsp. grated beeswax
- 2 tbsp. rose flower water
- 1 tsp. borax
- 4 drops fennel essential oil
- 4 drops rose essential oil

Warm the apricot kernel oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add the beeswax and continue heating until melted, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon or disposable stir stick.

Combine the rose flower water and borax in a separate small saucepan and heat over low heat until the borax dissolves, stirring regularly.

Pour the rose flower water and borax mixture into the saucepan with the beeswax and oil. Stir with a wire whisk until the mixture becomes thick and creamy and has cooled to room temperature.

Add the fennel and rose essential oil to the saucepan. Transfer the final mixture to a wide-mouth glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Tips & Warnings
To use, rub a small amount into the skin and leave on for five minutes. Remove excess fennel and rose facial cleanser with clean cotton balls or pads.
Avoid mixing or storing homemade cosmetic products in an aluminum or copper container, as these metals may change the final product negatively.
