How to Jog on a Mini Trampoline
Jogging on a trampoline provides a cardio workout without the pounding of regular running. While easy on the joints, jogging on the trampoline supplies a more thorough core workout; you have to balance and jog at the same time. Jogging will also increase your heart rate quickly and give the whole body a fat-burning blast. The trampoline also provides a way to jog when the weather doesn't cooperate or if you have to get your workout in during the early morning or night when it is dark.

Stand with both feet on the middle of the trampoline.

Lift one foot a few inches off the trampoline. Bring your foot back to center.

Repeat with the next foot and continue to alternate feet as you begin to maintain a steady jogging rhythm.

Pump your arms when you jog just as you would if you were running on the ground.

Start jogging slowly for short periods of time. As you become more comfortable with jogging on the trampoline or your fitness improves, you can increase the intensity by adding intervals and increase the time you jog.
