How to Configure a Hotmail POP Server
Microsoft Outlook Express allows you to access the Hotmail POP server. You can download all the email to your desktop, read it offline, type a reply offline and then send it. This can result in huge savings for people with a dial-up Internet connection, as one is not required to spend long hours online.
