Spray it. Press down the nozzle and spray a dime- to quarter-sized amount of the foundation into the palm of the hand.

Use a non-latex makeup sponge to apply the foundation all over the face. Dab the sponge onto the skin for heavier coverage, or swipe it across gently for a light, all-over coverage.

Mix it up. For more intense coverage, dip the tips of fingers into the foundation and use them to smooth the foundation over the entire face.

Spot check. Using a concealer brush, cotton swab or just the fingertips, apply extra spray foundation to problem spots. Dab it onto the skin, and then lightly brush the edges outward so the coverage is continuous.

Blend well. Look carefully for areas of uneven coverage or missed spots, and blend them with the fingers or a makeup sponge.
