How to Convert an SWF to a WMF
SWF (Small Web Format) are designed to contain vector graphics on the Internet for advertisements, small animations and games. In order to extract SWF graphics and convert them to WMF files, you'll only need to put in a minimal amount of effort.

Download Converter 1.0 using the link below. (Any comparable graphics converter will do the trick, but these instructions will demonstrate the process in Converter 1.5.)

Locate and open the Converter 1.0 download file on your desktop. Select a location that you'll be able to find easily if you plan on repeating the SWF to WMF conversion repeatedly.

On the Converter 1.0 File menu, select Open. A window will pop up. Find and select the SWF file you wish to convert, and click OK. The SWF file will open in the Converter 1.0 window.

Once you've selected your SWF file, an Output menu will appear, listing multiple options for the WMF file you will convert the SWF into. Take the opportunity to adjust image and graphics settings on the new WMF.

Press Convert. The conversion will take between a few seconds and a minute depending on the size of your original SWF file and the size of your output WMF file.
