How to Donate Phone Cards to Troops

"The Armed Services Exchanges operate telephone call centers in Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, and other countries and aboard ships--anywhere service members are deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom", according to the United States Department of Defense. Donating a phone card to the troops allows soldiers in the military to call home to loved ones, family members, and friends while deployed overseas. Without access to cell phones, the soldiers use the phone cards to call home from the call center that is set up by the Armed Services Exchange at their deployment location.
