How to Copy an Excel Pivot Chart Into Word
Excel is Microsoft's spreadsheet application. It is one of the most used tools by financial and data analysts to manipulate large amounts of data. One of the best tools within Excel that helps with data analysis is the pivot table. The pivot table allows users to easily change different variables in the table while maintaining certain relationships. It can also be easily transferred into a Microsoft Word document.

Select a cell in the pivot table you want to copy.

Select "Pivot Table," then "Entire Table" from the Toolbar. You can also right-click for the same drop-down menu. Select "Entire Table" from this window as well. You should see a note or an icon showing you that the pivot table has been copied to the clipboard.

Open the Word file you would like to paste the file into.

Select "File" and "Paste" or click Ctrl+v as a shortcut to paste the chart. Size the chart by dragging on any of the four corners.
