How to Remove any Friend on Facebook

Occasionally, you may want to remove a friend from your Facebook friend list. Perhaps the individual is a former coworker you no longer communicate with or a friend of a friend that you don't really know. Maybe you are just trying to get your friend list down to a reasonable number. The process of removal is a simple one. Even though Facebook does not notify anyone of a change in friend status, your name disappears from the individual's friend list when you remove his name from your own list.
