Pat an eye primer onto your eye lids and along your lower lash line with your fingers. Eye primer is a cream that prevents creasing and ensures long wear.

Sweep a matte gold eye shadow onto the eye the lid with a shadow brush.

Apply a dark bronze eye shadow onto the outer corner of the eye lid with a crease brush. You do not have to blend this color in.

Apply a glittering gold eye shadow over the dark bronze eye shadow with the crease brush and blend it in towards the crease of your eye lid. Use gentle smooth strokes to pull the glittering gold shadow from the outer corner inward, not the other way around.

Apply a pale silver eye shadow to the lower lash line with a stiff liner brush.

Apply the blue eye shadow over the silver on the lower lash line with the stiff liner brush.

Apply black eye liner along the upper lash line.

Comb a black mascara through the upper lashes and lower outer lashes to create a doll-eye effect. Doll eyes are wide open and have very defined lashes, so comb through the lashes well and do not clump them. It helps to wiggle the mascara wand at the root so the mascara coats each lash evenly.
