1
Cut out a piece of fabric that is 24 inches by 48 inches for the skirt. Fold the fabric in half, right sides together, bringing the two shorter edges together.
-
2
Sew the two shorter edges together. Hem one of the raw edges of the fabric. This will be the bottom of the skirt.
-
-
3
Hem the other raw edge of the fabric, leaving a 1 inch opening. Cut a piece of elastic that is just long enough to wrap around your waist.
-
4
Thread the elastic through the waistband of the skirt, through the 1 inch opening. Gather the fabric as you go.
-
5
Sew the ends of the elastic together and sew the 1 inch opening closed. Pair the skirt with a matching tank top.
-
6
Cut 100 pieces of ribbon that are each 12 inches long. Glue 50 pieces of ribbon to the end of each popsicle stick, forming the pom-poms.
-
7
Apply white costume make-up all over your face, ears, and neck. Using black eye shadow or face paint, draw a circle around each eye. Fill in each black eye circle.
-
8
Use red face paint or costume make-up to draw blood on your face and neck. Focus on putting blood around the mouth and under the nose.
-
9
Put your hair into messy pigtails. Make them uneven for a more disheveled look.

Tips & Warnings
To make the costume more unkempt looking, cut holes and smudge dirt into the costume.
