How to Copy and Paste Graphics From a Website in Vista
If you've ever stumbled upon a nice image or graphic while cruising the web you may have wished you knew how to copy and paste it into an image editing program (for saving or editing). In Windows Vista and other Windows operating systems, copying and pasting graphics from web pages is a simple operation. Internet browsers (such as Internet Explorer and Firefox) simplify it even more with an easily accessed copy command available on nearly all web images.

Right-click on the graphic or image you wish to copy.

Select "Copy" from the context menu. In Firefox, select "Copy Image." The image/graphic will now be copied to your Windows clipboard.

Open Microsoft Word or any image editing program and press "Ctrl + V" on your keyboard to paste the image from your clipboard. The image will now paste into your image editor (or Microsoft Word) for editing or saving to your computer.
