How to Use More Than One Computer for My iPod Music
One of the great things about the iPod is how much music it can hold -- as of December 2009, iPods can hold between 500 and 40,000 songs, depending on the model. The one potential problem with that is you may not have enough music to fill up that much memory. Fortunately, with a quick modification to your iPod's settings, you can make it so you can connect it to any computer you want without the fear of erasing what you've already added to it.

Tips & Warnings
Setting your iPod for manual syncing will affect not only music, but movies and TV shows as well.
If you do not set your iPod up for manual syncing, it will sync to whatever computer you hook it up to - meaning any music added from another computer will be deleted.
