How to Get a Dell Computer Out of Power Save Mode

Dell computers have Power Options which help you do one of two things: optimize your computer for performance, or optimize it for energy conservation. The "Power Save" mode fits in the latter category. With it, you sacrifice processor speed (programs might not minimize as quickly or run as smoothly, for example), but your battery should last around three times longer. You can change this option for higher performance using the Power Options located in the Windows Control Panel.
