How to Find a Buyer on eBay

As most long-time users of eBay know, it's incredibly efficient for one simple reason: sellers are put in direct contact with customers who want to buy their products. There are even options available if you need to send something and don't have the address for the buyer.

Instructions

    • 1

Check the PayPal record. Every transaction that takes place through PayPal leaves a paper trail. This is accessible through the packing slip, which contains the buyer's address. Login to PayPal, print out the slip and you should find the address.

    • 2

Inspect your "sold items list." Once you call up this list, you will notice an option labeled "view order details." Click on this to see the buyer's address.

    • 3

Email the buyer. This can be done by viewing the item sold and clicking on "contact buyer."
