      Type "desk.cpl" and "Enter."

      Go to the "Settings" tab and then move the "Screen resolution" slider to the highest resolution setting available.

      Click the down arrow under "Color quality" and select the highest bit available. When finished, click "Apply," then click "OK." If your settings are already at the maximum and you would still like to improve the graphics on your laptop, proceed to step 5.
