How to Use an Instant Abs Machine
One of the keys to having great abdominal muscles is performing light resistance exercises that focus on your abdomen. Although resistance training will not reduce the amount of fat in your stomach area, it will strengthen your muscles to help your abs become more visible. The Instant Abs Machine is an effective exercise tool that uses gravity as resistance to train your upper and lower abdominal muscles.

Place your lower back and pelvis against the back pad of the Instant Abs Machine.

Place your arms along the arm bars and hold on to the handles on the sides of the machine.

Position your feet into the foot clip so that the top of your feet are touching the black foot bar.

Using your abdominal muscles, swing your feet up until they are parallel to the ground. Your upper body should remain fairly stable.

Lower your feet back into the original position.

Tips & Warnings
For best results, try to use the machine about 10 minutes a day, 3 to 4 times a week.
Once you feel comfortable with the exercise, you may place a light medicine ball between your feet. This will add more resistance to the exercise and make the workout more difficult.
Do not use your leg muscles to do all the work. Instead, try to focus on your abdominals while performing the exercise.
Do not swing your upper body and use your momentum to perform the exercise. Swinging your upper body will make the exercise less difficult, but also significantly less effective.
