How to Export Contacts From iTunes

The iPod has established itself as a very popular and widely used electronic device. According to iPod creators, Apple Inc., the company sold 100 million iPods in 2007, and more than 22 million iPods in its first fiscal quarter of 2009 alone. The iPod is essentially just a storage device, allowing owners to use iTunes software to accomplish various tasks like downloading and synchronizing music, but it also allows users to export contacts from similarly popular software programs, Outlook and Outlook Express.

Instructions

Open the iTunes software and connect your iPod to the computer. Once your iPod shows up on screen under "Devices," select it by clicking on it.
