How to Make Linden Tea

Touted for their ability to soothe, linden flowers steeped into an herbal tea make a relaxing alternative to coffee as an after-dinner drink. You can make your own linden tea using loose dried linden flowers or linden tea bags at health food stores or on the Internet. While the tea preparation process takes longer than pressing a button on a coffee maker, the calming results from the herbal tea make it worth the effort.
