How to Freeze Frame in Quick Time

QuickTime is a software program for the Windows operating system, available from Apple, that is used to view and create movie files depending on the version of the program you are using. When viewing a movie using the QuickTime software, you may want to freeze a frame and capture a still image to a file. This can be done by using the "Export" option directly from the QuickTime Pro version of the software.
