Instructions

    • 1

Inspect the siphon tube and weighted strainer (filter) for clogs. Clean any clogs, if necessary.

    • 2

Attach the weighted strainer (filter) to the siphon tube, if it isn't already attached. Slide the other end of the siphon tube over the hose barb that's on either the fixed flow or adjustable flow chemical injector, which is usually directly next to or attached to the hose water inlet and just before the water pump.

    • 3

Drop the weighted strainer (filter) into the bucket. Don your protective eyewear and gloves.

    • 4

Prepare the appropriate cleaning solution in the bucket. Connect the water hose to the water inlet valve on the pressure washer and the other end to an ample water source.

    • 5

Turn on the water to the pressure washer. Turn the "On/Off" switch to "On."

    • 6

Start the pressure washer by electric start or recoil pull cord. Depress the pressure washer gun trigger, allowing water to flow through the pressure washer system. The force of the water pressure will draw the cleaning solution up through the siphon tube, coming together with the water flowing through the pressure washer.

    • 7

Rinse the siphon tube, strainer and the pressure washer water system thoroughly by filling the bucket with clean water and depressing the pressure washer trigger gun until all of the water has been sent through the system.

Tips & Warnings

  • A straight line on the power switch denotes "on," and a circle on the switch denotes "off."
