How to Clean Bronze Faucets

Bronze faucets can be found in many homes and establishments, as they provide an elegant touch to a sink area. The most important factor is to find a cleaning agent that will keep the bronze finish looking polished and streak-free. Things You'll Need

• Cleaning rag
• Dish
• Spoon
• Water
• Vinegar
• Salt
• Flour

Instructions

1. Moisten a soft cleaning rag with warm water. Rub over the faucets.

2. Wipe once more with a clean, dry cloth. This will remove loose buildup and prevent water spots. This routine is many times all that will be required to keep the faucets clean.

3. Mix a cleaning solution in a bowl by combining 1/2 cup vinegar, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 cup flour.

4. Stir ingredients with a spoon until a consistent paste has formed.

5. Dip a cleaning cloth in the solution. Rub it onto your bronze faucet. Allow the mixture to stay for 10 minutes.

6. Wipe clean with a damp, soft cleaning cloth. Wipe once more with a dry cloth to absorb moisture and to prevent water spots.
