How To Jog With a Chicco Cortina Stroller
Chicco Cortina is has a large line of baby-gear items ranging from strollers to toys. They have a number of popular stroller models, one of which is the jogging stroller. A jogging stroller differs from a regular stroller in that it has three wheels instead of four, and the wheels themselves are larger, allowing them to pass easily through any terrain. This is especially helpful when jogging on trails rather than on the street. Chicco Cortina's jogging stroller is called the S3 All Terrain Stroller.

1
Get dressed in your jogging shoes and clothes and prepare the baby in weather-appropriate clothing. Remember that you will be jogging and the baby will not, so you may have to bundle her up even if it is only slightly chilly out.
-
2
Fold the stroller into the car by pulling on the release handles that you will find on either sides of the handlebars. Upon arrival, you will simply unfold the stroller and should hear a click when it is all the way open and locked into position.

-
3
Strap the baby into the stroller using the safety belts provided. If your baby is less than 6 months old, you will be attaching the infant seat to the stroller which will put her in the rear-facing position. Make sure the seat clicks properly into place.
-
4
Start jogging. If you are going straight ahead only, you may want to lock the front wheel into position and unlock it for easy turns when necessary. Unlocking the front wheel will allow it to swivel left and right.
-
5
Use the hand brake when running downhill to make sure the stroller does not get away from you. Make sure that you are pushing the stroller rather than the stroller pulling you.
