Instructions

    • 1

Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. This is going to help flush out the bacteria in your body, including the oil produced by your facial skin.

    • 2

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables every day. There is nothing better for your skin than the vitamins that come packed in health food.

    • 3

Avoid greasy foods, such as fast food or fried food. Although it may taste great, the food can have an adverse effect on your skin. This can cause your face to break out.

    • 4

Bypass anything with a lot of caffeine. Although this may be difficult if you are used to coffee or soda in the morning to help wake you up, the caffeine increases the amount of oil produced by your skin.

    • 5

Stay out of the sun. Sun exposure is going to dry out your skin. When your skin dries out, your pores are going to produce more oil.
