  1. Remove stain from fabric

      Add ½ cup heavy-duty laundry detergent to 2 quarts of very warm water. Mix the solution well and add the stained fabric to the solution. Allow the fabric to soak for 15 to 30 minutes. Remove the fabric and rinse completely in warm water.

      Combine ¾-cup powdered bleach with 1 gallon of very warm water. Add two drops of dishwashing detergent and mix well. Add the fabric to the bleach mixture and allow it to soak for 15 minutes. Remove the fabric and rinse completely.

      Mix 1 tbsp. of chlorine bleach with 1 gallon of warm water. Add the fabric to the chlorine bleach mixture as long as the fabric is color-safe or white. Soak the fabric for 15 minutes. Remove the fabric and rinse completely.

      Wash the fabric in the hottest water that is suitable for the fabric. Add either all-fabric bleach or chlorine bleach to the wash load.
