Make sure the video is in a file format that is supported by your phone. (If it isn't, then you still can download it, but you'll need to convert it on your computer before putting it on your phone.)

Connect your phone to the computer with your phone to USB cable.

Follow the download instructions on the website. (Usually all you need to do is click a "Download Video" button or click on the video itself if the video is free.)
