Instructions

    • 1

In a large bowl or baking dish, combine the raw chicken wings and marinade ingredients. Make sure the chicken is covered completely by the marinade. Cover and place in the refrigerator.

    • 2

Marinate the chicken overnight if possible. The wings should soak for a minimum of four hours in order for the flavors to sink into the meat.

    • 3

Place the chicken wings into a baking dish and add enough marinade to fill the dish halfway. Cover tightly with foil.

    • 4

Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and remove the foil. Stir the wings to coat them with the marinade in the pan.

    • 5

Return the pan to the oven and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the wings have turned golden brown.

Tips & Warnings

  • To cut wings Buffalo-style, cut the wings at the joint separating the wing and the "drummette." Cut the wing tip off and discard.

  • A favorite barbecue sauce can be used in place of the marinade.
