How to Add Natural Moisture to Men's Dry Hair
Whether you are outside in the sun all day or in an air-conditioned office, chances are your hair could use some natural moisture. Not only do environmental factors such as the sun or dry indoor air affect moisture, but chlorine from the pool and bad hair care products can also increase the chances for dry hair in men. Things You'll Need
- Mayonnaise
- Olive oil
- Avocado and egg yolk
- Sunflower oil and wheatgerm oil
- Measuring cup
- Shower cap or plastic grocery bag
- Towel
- Shampoo
- Timer

Massage into your scalp and hair about a 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. Cover your head with a shower cap, then wait about 15 to 30 minutes. Shampoo and rinse normally.

Heat about 1/2 cup of olive oil but do not bring to a boil. Apply to hair and cover hair with a plastic shopping bag or a disposable shower cap, then wrap in a towel to retain heat. Let the olive oil remain on your hair for about 45 to 60 minutes. Shampoo and rinse normally.

Mash together a small avocado and an egg yolk, then apply to your hair. Leave the mix on about 15 minutes. Shampoo and rinse as usual.

Warm 1 cup of sunflower oil and 1 cup of wheat germ oil together. Massage into scalp and hair and let sit for 15 to 30 minutes. Shampoo and rinse as normal.
