Instructions

Download karaoke music onto your computer's library using any music download service, such as Rhapsody or Limewire. Simply select the songs you want and click "Download." Make sure you save them in a location on your computer that you can easily find later. You can also use music you already have on your computer.

Insert a blank CD into your computer's CD disk drive.

    • 3

Go to "Start" and click on "My Computer." For Mac users, double-click the CD icon that appears on the desktop.

    • 4

Locate the music files you want to burn. Click on the music icons, then drag them onto your CD disk drive icon (usually labeled drive "D," "E" or "F"). For Mac users, click on "File," then "New Finder Window" to search for your music. Click on the music icons you want and drag them to the CD window.

    • 5

Click on "Write these Files to CD," located in the vertical menu to the left of the "My Computer" window. For Mac users, click on "File" and then "Burn Disc."

Name your CD when prompted and click "OK" (or "Burn" for Mac users).

Tips & Warnings

  • Use a rewritable CD (CD-RW) in case an error occurs or you decide to change your track list.

  • Make sure the burn process is complete before you eject the CD. Ejecting the CD too soon could damage your CD. Some computers automatically eject CDs when the burn process is complete.

  • Download music legally by purchasing tracks from a verified provider. Never redistribute CDs you've burned. This is illegal.
