How to Download Audible Books From a Computer Into a Kindle

The Kindle is an eBook reader from Amazon that can play audio books from Audible.com as an alternative to reading the written word. Audible.com employs a utility called AudibleManager to manage downloads and transfer titles to designated devices, such as the Kindle. AudibleManager requires a PC for installation and setup of the Kindle as an authorized device. Mac users need to initially install Audible drivers on the Kindle via Windows (PC or Boot Camp), but can later transfer titles directly from the iTunes library to the Audible folder on a connected device.
