How to Take an Online Class for a Speeding Ticket
Online classes for moving violations are the convenient alternative to the physical classrooms, which can be fully booked, expensive, and in inconvenient locations. They provide the same instruction and cover the same points that all traffic schools are required to, and allow the user to learn at his own pace. More and more counties are allowing online instruction as an alternative, and if the county of your violation is also participating and you have access to a reliable Internet connection, then taking an online class is certainly an option worth considering.

1

3
Go to the Web site for the online traffic school of your choice and follow the instructions on the Web page to sign up for classes. The processes will vary from site to site, but the school will most likely ask for driver's license, date of birth, and citation number. Keep them handy.
-
4
Send your certificate of completion to the court after finishing the course. This can be done by fax, mail, or email (the information should be in the citation letter or the court's website). Be sure to confirm that the court has received all necessary documents.

Tips & Warnings
Some counties do no have any approved online traffic schools. If you do not see any listed in the pamphlet, call the court to see if this is indeed the case.
