How to Sell an XBox
Since the release of the Xbox 360, you may be thinking about getting rid of your old Xbox system. Selling it online can be an effective way to offer it to many different customers at one time. Amazon.com will list any item you wish to sell and only charge you 99 cents if the item sells. This is a great way to get rid of those unwanted Xboxes quickly, without having to go through a complex process. But Amazon.com is not the only website available to sell your items.

Tips & Warnings
You can sell practically anything on Amazon.com as long as the asking price does not exceed $25,000.
Amazon.com will charge you only 99 cents if your product sells and you can purchase a membership of $40 a month to sell on Amazon.com without having to pay them any 99-cent listing fees. If you plan on selling a ton this might be a better bet.
Craigslist is an excellent place to sell your Xbox because it offers free listings and people from all over the country and world will see your listing, which can maximize the possibility of you selling it.
Another good choice is to just list your product locally in the newspaper. Many people will post a listing in the newspaper because it allows people who are local to see their ad. This way, you can meet with someone in person and not have to pay to ship the item to them.
Another source that is fun to sell on is eBay. eBay allows you to list your item in an auction. That way, you can add your item into an auction and let people bid on it. Sometimes you will even get a bidding war going on and end up making more off the Xbox than you ever imagined! On eBay you can set what price the auction starts at, so there is less risk of you not making the money you want to make off the Xbox.
Any of these spots are a great choice for listing your item and you can even combine multiple places, so that your listing reaches all kinds of different people!
Be careful when listing the condition of your item. Be honest and do not try to mislead your customers in anyway.
