- Tire flat iron
- Flat head screwdriver
- Bead glue
- Replacement tire
- Jack or wood chocks

Put your lawnmower in gear and put the brakes on. Grab a couple blocks of wood or a jack and raise the lawnmower off the ground. If you are using a jack, position it under the frame rail.

Position your mower on a flat, paved surface. Remove the old tires from the lawnmower. The two front tires will have a C-clip that you need to loosen. The back wheels will have bolts. Put the bolts to one side.

Deflate the tires, releasing all the air. Push the tire down to the rim. Insert a tire iron at a slight angle between the tire and the rim, and lift the bead of the tire up over the tire rim. Reposition the iron a couple inches from where you just lifted the tire and repeat the steps. Continue to do this around the tire until it's removed from the rim.

Apply bead glue to the new tire. Position the tire over the rim and push down as much as possible. Use the tire iron and push the bead of the tire into the rim. Continue to move the flat iron around the tire following these steps until the wheel is fitted onto the rim. Do this with each tire. Inflate the tires to the correct tire pressure as indicated in the owner's manual.

Take the front tires and screw the C-clip in using a flat head screwdriver. Take the rear bolts and affix the rear tires to the mower.

Keep bystanders free of the area at all times.
Wear protective clothing, such as goggles, to protect the eyes from injury due to possible loose objects flying. Gloves are suggested to protect the hands, and wearing clothing that fits snugly reduces the risk of getting it caught in the mower.
