  1. The Best Cut

    • 1

      Put the meat or cheese on the carriage of the slicer, and adjust the clamp to hold the food.

      Use the dial control on the meat slicer to set the thickness for the cut of meat or cheese.

      Set the machine to automatic or manual.

    • 4

      Turn the meat slicer on.

    • 5

      Move the hand lever on the machine back and forth to slice the meat or cheese, if the slicer is set on manual. If the meat slicer is set to automatic, the meat or cheese will be sliced alone without assistance and will stop once slicing is complete.

  • Never operate a meat slicer without the blade guard or put your hand anywhere near the rotating blade.
