  • Salt
  • Butter

Instructions

      Rinse the turkey legs in cool water, removing any stray feathers or excess fat. Pat dry with a paper towel.

      Rub the turkey legs with butter and salt or other seasoning of your choice.

      Place in oven baking pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature: When it measures 180 degrees, your turkey legs are done.
