- 2 cups high-proof vodka
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups fresh nettle, chopped
- 1/2 cup rosemary leaves

Combine the vodka, apple cider vinegar, fresh nettle, rosemary and sage leaves in a large glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Place the jar in a dark, dry place and let stand for two weeks, shaking the jar to combine the ingredients daily.

Strain the mixture in a fine sieve, retaining the liquid in a clean saucepan or mixing bowl.

Tips & Warnings
