How to Share a Microsoft Outlook 2007 Calendar Online
Outlook is most often thought of as an email management platform, but it has gained tremendous popularity because of its powerful and convenient calendar, appointment, and event management features. With the release of Outlook 2007, Microsoft has added even more firepower to the program. Users can now share their calendars with others online.

Launch the Outlook software and open the Calendar pane. Click on the calendar that you want to share online, then right-click on this calendar to display the dropdown menu.

Click "Publish to the Internet," then select "Publish to Office Online." A window will open and the Microsoft Online Office Registration Wizard will start.

Register for a free Office Online account before publishing your calendar online for sharing. Click "Sign up for a free account," then follow the prompts. It is quick and easy. You will be asked to provide your email address, and to choose a password and security question.

Type in your email address again when prompted, indicating that you accept the legal agreements. Click "Next," then type in a Display Name. Click "Next" and "Finish" to complete your registration.

Click to select the date range for which you want to share your calendar. Choose to either share your calendar with anyone, or with only invited users. Finally, click "OK" and your Outlook 2007 calendar will be published online. You can then invite other users to share it.
