How to Bake Bread in a Pot
If you are looking for a new method to bake your bread, consider making it in a pot. Using a pot to bake bread requires a minimal amount of kneading, and shapes the bread into a circular loaf instead of the traditional rectangular shape. Many experienced bread makers prefer using this method because it produces soft moist bread. Making bread without kneading the dough is a method that has been used for centuries but the method slowly began to disappear once people realized you can make the bread faster by kneading it intensely.
