How to Unzip a Document
If you have a Windows operating system, you already have a zip utility installed on the computer. However, it may not be the right type of zip utility to use. Utilities such as WinZip allow you to zip and unzip documents simply by installing the utility on your computer. Zipping refers to collecting multiple files into a single file, while unzipping refers to extracting those files back out of the zipped document. Whether you use WinZip or another comparable utility, you want it to be easy to use and unzip or zip a document as well as folders with documents inside.
