  • 1/2 cup nettle
  • 1/2 cup rosemary
  • 4 cups distilled water
  • 4 cups apple cider vinegar

      Combine the nettle, rosemary and distilled water in a large, heavy-based saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat. Simmer gently for 9 to 10 minutes.
