How to View an iPod on TV Using a Cable
The iPod is best known for allowing you to bring your music and movies with you on the go. But like the VCR and the DVD player before it, the iPod can also be hooked up to your TV so that you can watch your movies on a bigger screen. By using a special AV component cable along with your iPod, you can watch movies you've purchased or rented from the iTunes store or digital copies you've uploaded to your iPod.

Tips & Warnings
Your iPod will serve as your remote control by skipping through chapters in your movies and moving back and forth between your photos.
Watching videos with your iPod uses more battery power than listening to music. To ensure that your batteries last as long as your movies, plug your iPod into the optional USB power adapter.
