  • 1 gallon of purified water
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. honey

      Shake your bottle of apple cider vinegar to make sure all of the ingredients that settled at the bottom of the container are mixed up again.

      Add two tbsp. of apple cider vinegar to the gallon of water.

      Add honey to the gallon of water and mix the three ingredients together.

      Pour the mixture in to a glass and drink it.

      You can drink the vinegar water throughout the day, as you would a regular water.

  • Swish the apple cider vinegar water around in your mouth to get rid of bad breath.

  • If you don't dilute the apple cider vinegar the acid can eat away at the enamel on your teeth. Be sure to brush your teeth after using apple cider vinegar.
